We’ve done just about everything from building and remodeling houses to updating hotels across the country.
In 1997 we were installing seamless gutter systems in the Erie area. In 1999 we began installing the LeafGuard gutter system in Northwest Pennsylvania and Western New York. From there, we branched into blown-in cellulose in 2001 as a way to provide much needed services to the homes in our area.
The Need for Product Options
As our knowledge of how to properly insulate buildings advanced we brought on more and more insulation options. The nonexpanding Air Krete products came on board in 2002. When they said it couldn’t be done we developed techniques for installing this cementitious foam in brick homes from the exterior. In fact we’ve installed more Air Krete than anyone else in the world!
In 2003, we began to use expanding spray foam and soon added a second spray rig to satisfy more homeowners throughout the area. No other insulation company provides the options, knowledge or experience that we provide. The Bauer Specialty staff has accumulated over 700 hours of home performance training.
