FROM THE CHAIRMAN

On behalf of the Builders Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania, I’d like to invite you to attend the 2006 Parade of Homes! With 9 homes located throughout Erie and Crawford County. This event is free and open to the public.

All the Homes in the Parade will be open from 5-9 PM on Fridays, and from Noon till 6 PM on Saturdays & Sundays during this time. All homes will be closed Mondays through Thursdays.

I’d like to thank our sponsors, without whom this event would not be possible. Many thanks to our Major Sponsors, National Fuel, Northwest Savings Bank and the Erie Times-News. The financial support of these sponsors helps the Builders Association to offset the costs associated with an event of this size and scope, at no charge to you.

In this publication, you will find a page for each Home in the Parade, complete with a picture, floor plan, detailed description outlining what you’ll see when you visit, information on the builder and a list of the companies who helped him/her build it. There are even printed directions that will lead you right to the front door!

Additional copies of this publication will be available in each Parade Home and at the Builders Association office (2415 West Grandview Blvd.) For more information, call the Association at 833-3999.

FROM THE PRESIDENT

As President of the Builders Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania, it is also my pleasure to welcome you to 2006 Parade of Homes.

The Builders Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania is a non-profit trade association that represents and promotes quality within the building industry and its related services. We also provide our members with a wide variety of support services and representation at the local, state and national level. Our members each subscribe to a code of ethics that states their belief in quality, workmanship, integrity and community involvement.

The Parade of Homes provides our members with an opportunity to demonstrate their skills, showcase new products and building trends and let the people of Northwestern Pennsylvania the pride we have in our industry.

Along with Mark, and our over 300 member companies, I invite you to visit each of our 9 homes over the next two weekends. I hope you are able to find the right builder for your next home or the perfect idea you’re looking for to complete your next project whether it is a remodeling or new construction effort.
