The Builders Association of Northwestern Pa (BANWPA) is a not-for-profit, professional, trade organization chartered by NAHB in 1951 working to make this area a better place to live and work.  We are made up of builders, remodelers, developers, suppliers, financial institutions and those affiliated with the building industry in 3 Pennsylvania counties: Erie, Crawford, and Warren.

The BANWPA is dedicated to promoting quality affordable housing through industry leadership, good business ethics, and community involvement.  The BANWPA works under both the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to insure success in our local building industry.
