Major Renovation
Basements are no longer what they used to be. This "lower level" looks, feels and functions just as any other floor of a house. The drywall finished ceilings, hardwood floors and walkout to the covered patio are a few things that make this remodeled area any but your typical basement. This project features a maple wood entertainment center with a surround sound system, a cast stone fireplace, custom built bookcase under a staircase of maple and wrought iron, maple bar/kitchenette with granite countertops and lighted tray ceiling. Stonewalls in the pool table area, deluxe tile shower with custom cabinetry in the full bath and a potting room that leads outdoors. On the exterior, this project includes a garage for tractor storage and a waterproof deck made of "Trex" material with wrought iron balusters. Under the deck is a custom stone cooking area with a granite countertop, a concrete "tile" floor, stained tongue and groove wood ceiling, round decorative support columns and a gorgeous landscaped stepped walkway that leads up to the side yard.
