Specialty Install Exterior
We have created a 3 season outdoor living area with built-in barbecue and fire ring. The focal point of the area is the large grilling station with a Napoleon infra-red gas grill with gas side burner. A stainless steel sink was also added for washing and easy clean up. A stainless steel refrigerator was built underneath the concrete countertop with tile overlay. Access doors were added for storage beneath the barbecue and also for easy winterization of the plumbing for the sink and side water faucet. The barbecue is finished in cultured stone, a stone and tile backsplash and capped with sandstone. There are electrical, cable, and telephone receptacles built into the backsplash. Low voltage countertop lighting finishes off the area. Composite decking material was used to make bench seating with under mount lighting around the entire 1,000 sq. ft. pewter colored concrete patio. A fire ring centers around the seating to take the chill off during colder evenings. Provisions were made for their pre-existing hot tub. All the outdoor cooking, stainless steel items and fire ring were from Ferrier's Hardware and Fireplace Shoppe.
