Specialty Design
The existing building was used as the Pa. Attorney Generals Office
In Erie. It was purchased by The Erie Federal Credit Union In 2005.
The owner wished to completely renovate the building to use as their
new Administration Offices.The building was completely gutted down
to the studs and trusses. All electrical and mechanicals were demolished
at that time. EMSI was contracted to DESIGN AND INSTALL the new Electrical
and HVAC in conjunction with the General Contractor (P.W. Campbell) |
