Perfect tens filled the judges' score-cards on this winning entry. Those scores
reflected the engineering, demolition and construction work involved in this major renovation which engulfed most of the kitchen area and its adjacent spaces. The
tasks in this project were many: renovate and relocate 1/2 bath and rear entry area, renovate kitchen lighting, ceiling and floor without any damage to the existing
cabinets, add sunroom, add a garage with pool equipment room, install pool components (except for pool itself) and then renovate the exterior, so that all the
rear elevation brick matches the color and texture of the original home.
