In this winning entry, the existing kitchen and family room were torn down to the
framing. A 9' X 12' addition was constructed to accommodate the expansion of what was a very small, dark kitchen. Oak cabinets, solid surface countertops and
new trim to match the rest of the house were also part of this project, along with a special area for the owners to work on their computer. In addition to the work
described above, the existing roofing was removed and replaced with architectural shingles, vinyl siding was installed and the rotting front porch & associated window
& door surrounds were all replaced.
