Winner - Swain Construction The unfinished attic of this Best of Show entry was converted into three bedrooms
and a full bath. Windows were replaced and skylights were added. Walls & ceilings were plastered to match the first floor. Eight custom-made, built-in drawer units
were constructed and pocket doors were installed in an effort to utilize as much of the available square footage as possible. The original floors were sanded and
finished to complete this winning project.
