Winner - Professional Remodeling by Skip Knoll This winning entry solved a problem of space related to a narrow staircase & 2nd
floor hallway. The correction involved the removal of part of the 2nd floor wall to create the feeling of a landing. Carpet & vinyl from the bathroom was replaced with
deep, mahogany-stained maple hardwood flooring in order to tie the bath, hallway & staircase together. The bathroom was gutted & renovated in a Victorian style and
lots of upstairs details were added throughout the entire second floor to tie together the entire project.
