Outstanding workmanship, creativity and design were among the comments of
judges in this project at the Thayer residence. The original farmhouse, which had been remodeled twice before was ready for this final effort. Renovation included the
removal of one of the previous additions and the creation of new living space & garage on all four sides of the home. Care was taken however, to maintain the
integrity of the original exterior trim designs. Renovation included; greenhouse/sunroom, master suite, kitchen/dining area, 3.5 baths, sewing &
laundry area den w/balcony, rear deck and additional screened front porch. |
