This project at the home of Tom & Ann Chido involved the removal of an existing
covered porch, installation of a basement and expansion of the entire end of the house to create a larger dining room, family room and first floor laundry. The
second floor addition included a master bedroom & bath with custom tiled shower and walk-in closet. The judges were impressed with the great care that was taken
