A Message From the Chairman
The Awards of Excellence is an annual competition
sponsored by the Builders Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania. Members submit some of their best, unique and most challenging projects to be judged by an independent panel of industry
experts (builders, remodelers, designers, & craftsmen) from outside of the Erie area. Our judges come from as far away as Pittsburgh and Youngstown, Ohio.
As you saw by the rules
on the previous page, there are specific criteria that address a number of areas in both new construction and remodeling. This year we expanded our categories to include kitchens &
baths specifically designed and constructed for new home applications as well as specialty installations for new construction and landscaping.
We were pleasantly surprised at the 83
entries we received this year and I believe you will be impressed with the quality workmanship of our members in the following pages.
On behalf of the Association I would like to
congratulate all of this year's winners as well as everyone who entered. If you are considering a new home or a renovation project at your current home, please consider these builders,
remodelers and designers in your selection process.
As always, we ask you to use members of the Builders Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania, who subscribe to the highest standards of
