Winner - Skip Knoll This typical 1960's ranch home had deep overhangs on the eave side of its roofs
and no overhangs on the gable ends. The house and its garage were not cosmetically attached. In this external facelift, colors were chosen that blended
well with the existing brick. Overhangs were added to the gable ends and a new porch was built. All new dimensional sizes were increased to give this home the
curb appeal it really deserved.
