The Cascio family wanted to wanted to enlarge their existing family room through the construction of a 16' X 20' addition and matching sunroom. A pocket beam
was installed above the ceiling to support the roof after the removal of the original exterior wall. A frame tray ceiling helped to create a two-tiered ceiling trimmed with
crown moldings, pocket doors, custom windows and columns were used to tie the upper and lower sections of the ceilings together in both rooms. The finished
project created comfortable and airy living spaces for all seasons. |
