Membership Guidelines
Application must be submitted at least one week before monthly Board of Director's meeting to be considered for membership for that month.

Applicant for membership in the Builders Association of Northwestern PA: agrees that the answers herein are true; herewith tenders the sum of $490.00 for the first year's dues and agrees to abide by the By-Laws, Code of Ethics, contractor Quality Commitment Program and deliberative acts of the assembled membership and the Board of Directors of the Association.

Your first year’s dues must, as the same may be amended from time to time, be included with your application.

Your anniversary date is set at the date of your acceptance and your renewal is automatically billed.

By filling out and submitting the application, the applicant hereby declares and represents that they have read the foregoing application, that all statements made therein are complete and true to their knowledge, and that all references and other information given as an inducement to the association to grant the membership requested and of value to the consideration. The applicant authorizes the association, or its agents, to verify the information contained herein and to make such additional normal inquiries as reasonably may be related to or associated with this application, from credit bureaus, creditors, financial institutions, and references that may or may not be listed on this application, and this shall remain the association's property.

I AGREE TO abide by the constitution and By-Laws, the Contractor Quality Committee Program and all amendments thereof and the Code of Ethics of the Builders Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania, The Pennsylvania Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders. I authorize the association, or its agents, to verify the information contained therein and make normal inquiries associated with this application. I authorize the association to perform a credit check on the business making application to the association. Such information along with this application shall remain the association’s property. In the event of termination of membership, I agree to immediately discontinue the use of the insignia in any form.
